Meridian Mortgage Solutions is owned and operated by Bill and Andrea Rainbow. Combined they have over 21 years experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Bill is a graduate of the Urban Land Economics program from the University of British Columbia which gives him a considerably higher level of real estate based education than the average mortgage broker.

Meridian maintains an excellent working relationship with the lenders within the brokerage system. Our brokers primarily deal with the major lenders that consumers are already familiar with including  CIBC (Firstline Mortgages) First National Financial, HSBC, Scotia Bank, and TD Canada Trust. Due to the high volume of mortgages we place with lenders we are offered the most favorable rates and products, often unavailable at local bank branches.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the local market. Bill has lived in the Columbia Valley since 1978 and knows the people and the area very well.
